We use Soil Association certified organic produce and design our menus using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.

We work alongside local foragers, farmers and artisans to source the best of native seasonal produce from seaweeds to birch water.

Any surplus we have after event is donated to Tiny Leaf a Zero Waste social enterprise and any food waste is sent to be Anaerobically Digested.

To cater an average a 100 person event we will use 0.03 cubic tonnes of CO2. We have calculated this through Carbon Footprint UK who we work with for our accreditation. So not only offsetting our own footprint we offset each of your team and guests 0.007ct of CO2. After an event for 100 people you will receive a carbon credit certificate of 2 cubic tonnes (0.02 x 100) which is more than double the total usage. 

We aim to be plastic free too by 2018
